Using this magnetic eyeliner is as simple as applying any other liquid eyeliner. Once the eyeliner is applied, simply place the magnetic eyelashes on top. For an even stronger hold, you can apply an additional layer. To achieve the perfect application, apply 2 layers of eyeliner to the upper lid, wait approximately 20-30 seconds for it to be half-dried (not wet or fully dry), and then position the magnetic eyelashes on top of the magnetic eyeliner.
